Do those dance workout dvds work if so can u recommend a few possibly ones i can find a walmart/target

I tried that 30 day shred yesterday 4 the 1st time and it nearly killed me, then i moved on to Davina Mccalls Super Body Workout which was a bit better.Both of them got me sweating buckets and as far as i know a 20min workout burns around 350 calls and 60min workout burns 700 odd cals.

I have never done these before so i was looking for this question in google and yours came up so I will check out the end outcome of your question. I think they do work cos my body is killing me everything hurts so much lmao.
