Hi, in the new year effort of trying to lose weight and do more activity I am on the lookout for a good fitness Dvd, love to dance..has to be very upbeat and good music..easy to follow..any suggestions?

i'm trying to lose weight/slim down.
I'm not overweight but I've got some unwanted fat.
Does any one know of a VHS or DVD [preferably DVD] that is make for this? One that works [has it worked for you?]
and I want it to be fun. I'm 15 so I want to be able to move around and dance and have fun.
Please tell me why your answer is a good DVD/VHS and if you have it and why it's fun or any info like that.

its really fun and upbeat, i dont know the actual dvd name, but ive seen it in an infomercial and at a sporting goods store.
it was really fun, and from what ive seen on the infomercial it helps in losing weight and getting toned.
basically, its a fun way.
i dont know if i would call it dance, but you move alot and its fun and upbeatt.
