I love to dance and years ago-when I actually went out dancing-I kept my weight off really well-but now that I am older-(40) I really want to get fit doing something I love-the treadmill get old after awhile

I am looking for songs (or even dvds) for young children to dance along to, to get 2 young children (3 and 5) up and moving indoors during the freezing months. Preferrably songs or movies that include movements (either in the song, or shown on the dvd) So far all I have is the Laurie Berkner DVD, Kidsongs, and a few oldies but goodies. Thanks.
Kids in Motion — haven’t tried it yet myself but my mother, who is a teacher, says all the kids love it.
Also, if you check out the Music in Motion link it has tons of CDs, DVDs etc of music and movement stuff.
We personally do Music Together, a weekly class dedicated to kids 0-4 and all about music, movement etc. Tuition includes CDs for the home and car and my son absolutely loves it, the class and redoing it all at home.
