		<description>I would do a circuit and have stations.  Spend 2-5 minutes at each station.  Here are some stations:  Jump rope, hula hoop, run up and down the stairs, throwing a ball back and forth (outside), pogo stick, moon shoes, trampoline.  There are many more things you could do and put it in a circuit format.
