can anyone recommend some good dance DVDs?

14th September 2009

i would really like to start working out using a dance dvd. i have a tiny bit of dance experience.

Then the So You Think You Can Dance Get Fit DVDs would do wonders for you. They’re absolutely amazing!!!!! And inexpensive (about ten dollars). The tone and groove DVD has hiphop, chacha, and jazz, and the cardio DVD has hiphop, disco, and contemporary. they’re lots of fun, and they really work you out!!!!

I really like kettlenetics (getkbells.com). I just began it and I love it. It uses light weights and a lot of fluid sequencing. It’s cardio and strength training in one! I’m a ballroom dancer so I tend to like workouts that are inspired by that type of dance, so corerythms is a lot of fun too!
