try lifting ur …
try lifting ur shoulders up alternatively.. as you do this keep ur neck straight.. do this in a mirror and it should help you see what ur heads meant to be doing.

im first watching the movies, then im going to start doing it when im finished. i think first understadnign and visualising it helps!
the thing imw orried about is, that the dance for this is different to the dance to the original song, in my music video. this one is nmuch longer.
